Submit a Record
Follow the steps below to submit your trophy to the Longhunter Record Book.
Step 1 - Confirm Minimum Score
Before submitting an entry, confirm that your harvest meets the minimum score requirement for the species.
Step 2 - Review Entry Rules
Review the official rules before submitting your entry.
Step 3 - Download the Required Forms
You will need the following documents :
Longhunter Hunter Field Report
Longhunter Fair Chase Statement & Hunter Certification
Official Score Sheet for your species
Step 4 - Submit Your Entry
To complete your record entry, you must submit ALL FIVE items below:

Fair Chase Statement & Hunter Certification
Official Score Sheet for your species
Required photographs
Copy of hunting license or big game tag
Photograph Requirements
Clear photographs of the trophy are required for verification.
Right side view of the trophy
Left side view of the trophy
Front view of the trophy
Top view of the skull (required for all skull measured entries)
Additional photographs are encouraged.
All entries in the Longhunter Record Book will include a photograph of the trophy.
